How we handle your data

This page explains what information Cardboard & Cider collects when you visit this site or write to us, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we never sell or trade anything.

What we collect

We only ever hold what you hand us yourself: the details in an enquiry, an email address to reply to, and the correspondence that follows. There is no account system and no hidden profile.

Purposes

Your details are used for exactly one thing: answering you and handling whatever you asked about. We do not add you to mailing lists you did not ask for, and we do not share your details with advertisers.

Cookies

We run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed our notice — and deleting it simply brings the notice back.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. It is disclosed only if the law obliges us to, and to no one else.

Retention

Correspondence is kept only as long as it is needed to handle your matter and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep are kept for the statutory period and no longer.

What you can ask of us

Access, correction, deletion, and objection to any use — all of these are yours to request, free of charge. One message to hello@cardboardcider-28514.com is enough.

Keeping it safe

Your correspondence lives in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox, readable only by the people who need to answer you.

Who to ask

Questions about this policy or about your data go to hello@cardboardcider-28514.com. This policy applies to the site operated by Cardboard & Cider.
